ISCA 2027 (International Symposium on Computer Architecture) is a CCF A / ICORE A* / QUALIS A1 conference held in Atlanta, Georgia, USA on 2027-06-05. The paper submission deadline is 2026-11-09. Acceptance notifications are sent on 2027-03-26.

The International Symposium on Computer Architecture (ISCA) is the premier forum for new ideas and experimental results in computer architecture. The conference specifically seeks particularly forward-looking and novel submissions. In 2027, the 54th edition of ISCA will be held in Atlanta at the Atlanta Hyatt Regency from June 5 to June 9, 2027. ISCA 2027 will be co-located with the Federated Computing Research Conference (FCRC). As with previous editions of ISCA, there will be a main track and an industry track. For the main track, the dates, topics, and review policies are presented here. Industry-track details and dates will be announced separately. ISCA-54 will be conducting Artifact Evaluation. Authors of accepted papers are encouraged to submit their artifacts for evaluation. Topics Papers are solicited on a broad range of topics, including (but not limited to): Processor cores and microarchitecture Parallel and multicore systems Memory systems, storage, caches, DRAM, HBM, and emerging memories Accelerators, GPUs, TPUs, reconfigurable and domain-specific architectures Machine learning for architecture and architectures for machine learning Datacenter, cloud-scale, serverless, and disaggregated systems IoT, mobile, edge, and embedded architectures Interconnection networks, chiplets, and die-to-die fabrics Security, privacy, virtual memory, and virtualization Power, energy, thermal management, and sustainable computing Reliability, availability, verification, testing, and correctness Quantum, analog, in-memory, and other emerging computing Programming languages, software development, and accelerator interfaces Modeling, simulation, benchmarking, methodologies, tools, and measurement Architectures for emerging applications, including machine learning and bioinformatics Human factors and user studies
