Objectives The main objectives of the International Educational Technology Conference are as follows: Promoting a culture of quality in technology-enhanced education through innovation, evaluation, and continuous improvement Advancing instructional practices that improve student learning outcomes through effective use of educational technologies Exploring emerging educational technologies and their pedagogical, cognitive, and social implications in teaching and learning Examining digital transformation strategies in education, including institutional change, infrastructure, and sustainability Analyzing standards and guidelines for accreditation and quality assurance in technology-supported educational environments Investigating leadership and management approaches that support innovation, sustainability, and quality in educational technology initiatives Supporting professional development of educators through digital pedagogy, instructional design, and technology integration Advancing research on quality assurance systems for online, blended, and hybrid learning models Examining learning taxonomies (Bloom’s Taxonomy, SOLO Taxonomy, and related frameworks) in technology-based curriculum design and assessment Exploring artificial intelligence, learning analytics, and data-driven decision-making in personalized and adaptive learning environments Investigating online, mobile, blended, and hybrid learning environments with respect to learner engagement, accessibility, and effectiveness Addressing assessment and evaluation technologies, including e-assessment, automated feedback, and competency-based assessment systems Examining virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), simulations, and game-based learning in educational contexts Promoting digital equity, accessibility, inclusion, and universal design for learning (UDL) in educational technology applications Discussing ethical, legal, and social issues related to educational technologies, including data privacy, academic integrity, and responsible AI use Exploring open educational resources (OER), open pedagogy, MOOCs, and lifelong learning platforms Providing a platform for discussion on accreditation processes and quality review models in technology-enhanced education Sharing and disseminating good practices, case studies, and design-based research in educational technology from diverse educational contexts
