IEEE INFOCOM 2026 is scheduled to take place at the Hilton Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan during May 18-21, 2026. This event will be conducted in person, allowing attendees to fully immerse themselves in the conference experience. 

IEEE INFOCOM is a top-ranked conference on networking by the IEEE Communications Society. IEEE INFOCOM 2026 solicits research papers describing significant and innovative research contributions to the field of networking technologies and systems. To enhance the reproducibility and replicability of scientific findings authors are encouraged to make their data and code open-source via anonymous online repository (e.g., anonymous GitHub). Reviewers are not required to review the data or code.

IEEE INFOCOM incorporates a rigorous double-blind review process. The review assignment will be based on the review assignment system described in the following paper, which analyzes the submitted manuscripts and the representative publications of TPC members and matches the submissions to TPC members’ expertise and interests.
