CSE 2025 (International Conference on Computational Science and Engineering) is a QUALIS B4 conference held in Guiyang, China on 2025-11-14. The paper submission deadline is 2025-08-01. Acceptance notifications are sent on 2025-10-01.

As computer systems become increasingly large and complex, data based computing technology plays a critical role at supporting next-generation science and engineering applications. Nowadays the cloud-based complex big data applications in science and engineering are consist of heterogeneous software/hardware/network components of changing capacities, availability, and in varied contexts. They provide computing services to large pools of users and applications and the effective solutions require appropriate and smart computational algorithms, architectures and platforms. The 28th IEEE International Conference on Computational Science and Engineering (CSE-2025) focuses on complex systems, information and computation using mathematics and engineering techniques. This conference will act as a major forum for the presentation of innovative ideas, approaches, developments, and research projects in the area of computation theory and applications. It will also serve to facilitate the exchange of information between researchers and industry professionals to discuss the latest issues and advancement in the area of advanced computation and its applications will be covered during the conference. CSE-2025 aims at bringing together researchers and practitioners in the world working on addressing these computing challenges on science and engineering, and providing a forum to present and discuss emerging ideas and trends in this highly challenging research field. We expect that the conference and its publications will be a trigger for further related research and technology improvements in this important subject. The topics suggested by this conference can be discussed in term of concepts, surveys, state of the art, research, standards, implementations, running experiments, applications and industrial case studies. The CSE-2025 will be hosted in Guiyang, China. Guiyang, a vibrant mountain city embraced by lush forests and karst landscapes, offers an excellent venue for the conference while inviting exploration of its unique attractions. Visitors can discover renowned sites such as the ancient town of Qingyan, the serene Qianling Mountain Park, and the breathtaking natural wonders of Huaxi National Urban Wetland Park and Tianhe Tan Karst Geological Park. Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers to CSE-2025. Accepted papers will be submitted for possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. The authors of selected best papers will be invited post conference to extend their contributions for special issues of prestigious journals to be planned in conjunction with the conference.
