PUBLICATION All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings by SPIE-The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X), and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing. Target Recognition and Detection: object detection, face recognition, target tracking, license plate recognition 4. Biometrics: Fingerprint, Iris, Facial Recognition 5. Medical image analysis: medical imaging, disease diagnosis, image segmentation 6. Remote sensing image analysis: remote sensing data processing, land use classification, target detection 7. Video Analysis: Motion Recognition, Video Summarization, Anomaly Detection 8. Text Recognition and Analysis: Optical Character Recognition, Text Mining, Handwriting Recognition 9. Machine Learning and Pattern Recognition: Supervised Learning, Unsupervised Learning, Deep Learning 10. Deep Learning in Pattern Recognition: Convolutional Neural Networks, Generative Adversarial Networks 11. Computer vision: 3D vision, multi-view geometry, image alignment
