The conference will include expert forums, academic reports, workshops, poster presentations, and other forms, covering various fields such as pattern recognition, image processing, computer vision, artificial intelligence,and so on. PUBLICATION All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings by SPIE-The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X), and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing. Video Analysis: Motion Recognition, Video Summarization, Anomaly Detection 8. Text Recognition and Analysis: Optical Character Recognition, Text Mining, Handwriting Recognition 9. Machine Learning and Pattern Recognition: Supervised Learning, Unsupervised Learning, Deep Learning 10. Deep Learning in Pattern Recognition: Convolutional Neural Networks, Generative Adversarial Networks 11. Computer vision: 3D vision, multi-view geometry, image alignment
