AIMS 2020 organizing committee invites you to participate in 2020 edition of AIMS, to be held on June 22 - 26, 2020, Honolulu, Hawaii, USA.

Regular Theme of AIMS 2020: Mobile and AI applications

AI has revolutionized the computing paradigm in multiple domains, such as economics, finance, e-commence,etc. AI provides the abilities to link cyberspace, physcial space, and social space. AI as a service will greatly reshape current techonglogies. Also wireless and ubiquitous connectivity have enabled mobile computing and Internet access on the go as a life-enhancing and indispensable experience of modern life. More than 50 billion devices, in more than 200 device types, will likely be connected to the Internet by 2020 as integral components of a new generation of high-value application services for consumers and enterprises. API-defined mobile services have become essential ubiquitous services consumption and delivery enablers for many industries and government organizations worldwide. The 2020 International Conference on AI & Mobile Services (AIMS) aims at providing an international forum that is dedicated to exploring different aspects of AI ( from technologies to approaches and algorithms) and mobile services (from business management to computing systems, algorithms, and applications) and to promoting technological innovations in research and development of AI and mobile services, including, but not limited to, wireless & sensor networks, mobile & wearable computing, mobile enterprise & eCommerce, ubiquitous collaborative & social services, machine-to-machine & Internet-of-things clouds, cyber-physical integration, big data analytics for mobility-enabled services, and AI & machine learning theory, algorithms & applications.

AI and Mobile Services have been driving Internet innovations and transforming traditional businesses since iOS, Andriod, Windows Phone, and other mobile operating systems were introduced. We are leveraging AI and mobile platforms such as WeChat, QQ, Facebook, Twitter, and others to analyze business opportunities, play games, conduct transactions, collaborate with team members, sell products, build relationships with e-commerce partners, create friend-circles, and manage projects as well as tasks. As an open platform, The Hot Topics of the 2020 International Conference on AI & Mobile Services (AIMS 2020) is created to promote real-world solutions and growing ecosystems.

AIMS 2020 is a member of Services Conference Federation (SCF). SCF 2020 will have the following 10 collocated service-oriented sister conferences: 2020 International Conference on Web Services (ICWS 2020), 2020 International Conference on Cloud Computing (CLOUD 2020), 2020 International Conference on Services Computing (SCC 2020), 2020 International Conference on Big Data (BigData 2020),2020 International Conference on AI & Mobile Services (AIMS 2020), and 2020 World Congress on Services (SERVICES 2020), 2020 International Conference on Internet of Things (ICIOT 2020), 2020 International Conference on Cognitive Computing (ICCC 2020), 2020 International Conference on Edge Computing (EDGE 2020), and 2020 International Conference on Blockchain (ICBC 2020).

The Hot Topics of AIMS 2020 invites you to submit practical innovations, solutions, and case studies which include but not limited to the following tracks.

- Social Media Services;
- Emerging Mobile Applications
- Mobile Intelligence
- Innovations of Mobile AI
- AI as a Service
- Innovations of Mobile Operating System (e.g. Android, iOS, Windows Phone).

In addition, the regular conference theme of AIMS 2020 is Mobile technology and AI applications. Topics of Interest include, not limited to:

- Neural Networks
- Learning Algorithms
- Machine Learning
- Traing Data Sets
- AI Scenarios
- AI Solutions
- AI Supporting Infrastructure
- Federated Learning
- Interactive Voice Assistants
- Robots
- Android Application Innovations
- IOS Application Innovations
- Huawei Mobile Services (HMS)

The technical program of AIMS 2020 will include The Hot Topics, a research track, an application track, a short paper track, and a collection of special tracks. The research track will highlight foundational work that strives to push beyond the limits of existing mobile services and AI platforms and products, including experimental efforts, innovative systems and investigations that identify weaknesses in the existing mobile and AI services models.

All topics relevant to Intelligent mobile technology and AI are of interest. AIMS 2020 will organize refereed paper reviews in 9 research areas :

AI & Wireless & sensor networks
AI & Mobile & wearable computing
AI & Mobile enterprises & eCommerce
AI as a service
AI & Ubiquitous collaborative & social services
AI & Machine-to-machine Interaction
AI & Internet-of-things & edge computing
AI & Cyber-physical integration
AI & Bigdata analytics for mobility-enabled services
AI & Mobile Health and Services

The AIMS 2020 tracks seek original, UNPUBLISHED research papers reporting substantive new work in various aspects of delivering intelligent mobile services. Track papers MUST clearly indicate their contributions to the field and properly cite related work in the field, such as those published in the proceedings of ICWS, SCC, CLOUD, SE, SERVICES, APSCC, ECOWS, and related journals including IJWSR, STSC and IJBPIM.

All submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed by at least 3 program committee members. Accepted and presented papers from all AIMS tracks will appear in the conference proceedings published by SCF. Extended versions of selected research track papers will be invited for potential publication in the Services Transactions on Services Computing (STSC) , International Journal of Web Services Research (IJWSR) , and International Journal of Business Process Integration and Management (IJBPIM) . JWSR is indexed by SCI and EI [Link] .

Submitted Research Track and Application Track manuscripts will be limited to 15 (LNCS Proceedings style) pages and REQUIRED to be formatted using the LNCS Proceedings template ( WORD , Latex ). Submitted Short Paper track manuscripts will be limited to 8 (LNCS Proceedings style) pages. The authors can extend a maximum of 2 pages for each paper but will have to pay extra fees for each extra page. Unformatted papers and papers beyond the maximum page limit may not be reviewed. Electronic submission of manuscripts (in PDF or Word format) is required. Detailed instructions for electronic paper preparation and submission, panel proposals, tutorial proposals, workshop proposals, and review process can be found at conference site.

The Proceedings of AIMS 2020 will be published in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) by Springer International Publishing AG. Currently the Abstracting and Indexing services covered by Springer’s data feeds for LNCS proceedings include ISI Conference Proceedings Citation Index (included in Web of Science), Engineering Index EI (Compendex and Inspec databases), DBLP, Google Scholar, IO-Port, MathSciNet, Scopus, and ZBlMath . For all 10 collocated conferences of SCF 2020, the content of this proceedings volume will be made freely accessible to anyone in the Springer’s digital library after four years upon publication.

At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register to the conference and present the paper. One Best Paper award and one Best Student Paper award will be granted at AIMS 2020. The first author of the best student paper must be a full-time student. The Best Paper Awards will be sponsored by Springer, which is a leading global scientific, technical and medical portfolio, providing researchers in academia, scientific institutions and corporate R&D departments with quality content through innovative information, products and services.

If your paper is application or solution oriented, you can consider submitting it to AIMS 2020 Application Track. Manuscripts submitted to the Research Track focusing on application or solution descriptions may be recommended to the Application Track for further consideration if the session slots are available.
