The 15th IEEE BDCloud 2025 will be held in Shenyang, a vibrant city with a rich cultural heritage located in northeastern China. Shenyang, the capital of Liaoning Province, has a history dating back over 2,000 years and is renowned for its historical significance, including its role as the former capital of the Qing Dynasty.
