ICSC 2023 is 9th in the series of International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication (ICSC) to be
held at JIIT, Noida. The last eight conferences in the series were highly successful and flagship event at JIIT,
Noida. These conferences were attended by several international and national delegates. The conferences also
witnessed exceptional technical talks and debates in the area of Signal Processing, Communication, VLSI and
related areas. The goal of ICSC series conferences is to provide an exceptional platform for researchers, acade-
micians, industry and government practitioners to discuss and showcase their recent contributions in the form of
technical papers, expert talks and poster presentations in the area of Electronics and Communication
Engineering.

ICSC 2023 will deal with research areas that broadly specify Communication, Signal Processing, VLSI, Intelli-
gent Computing and Machine Learning. Tutorials and keynote sessions have been arranged to benefit the re-
searchers working on recent challenges in these emerging technical areas. All the submitted papers will undergo
a peer review process by experts on the subject and if accepted, will be assigned to an appropriate session for
