The International Conference on Information, Communications and Signal Processing (ICICS) is a biennial event held since 1997. The main organizer of the conference has been the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Past conferences, some of which have been held outside Singapore, have attracted on an average 500 paper submissions by participants from different parts of the globe. We are pleased to announce that ICICS 2015, the 10th International Conference on Information, Communications and Signal Processing, will be held in Singapore from 2 - 4 December, 2015. All major areas in information, communication technologies, and signal processing will be covered in keynote/plenary talks, contributed peer-reviewed papers, tutorial sessions, special sessions, industry forums and exhibitions. Proceedings of previous ICICS conferences have been included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by Ei; we will be applying for the Proceedings of ICICS 2015 to be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by Ei. This is an opportunity for researchers around the world to exchange ideas and latest research results in areas such as multimedia systems, information systems, signal processing, communications, networking, and related fields. We look forward to your participation in ICICS 2015. Papers presenting original work in, but not limited to, the following technical areas are invited for submission: • Communications theory and applications • Wireless communications and networking • Ad hoc and sensor networks • Network / information security and data forensics • Optical networks and systems • Internet of things • Emerging communication systems (content-centric, car-to-car, underwater, molecular, etc.) • Computational Intelligence for signal and data • Big data analytics and applications • Signal processing theory and applications • Image / video / audio / speech / computer animation processing and compression • Pattern recognition and image / video analysis • Signal processing for communications and networking • Multimedia systems, applications and services Submission of Papers: Authors are invited to submit a full paper in the form of an electronic file in PDF format. Full papers should have a maximum of 5 pages in double-column format with 10 pt Times Roman or similar fonts. The conference proceedings will be distributed to the registered participants.
