Call For Papers

SmartCloud 2026 (IEEE International Conference on Smart Cloud) is an academic conference held in New York City, New York, USA on 2026-05-08. The paper submission deadline is 2026-01-15. Acceptance notifications are sent on 2026-03-01.

As a novel technology, cloud computing implementations have been booming in recent years, which dramatically attract attentions from the industry, academia, and education. IEEE SmartCloud 2026 aims to collect recent academic achievements in novel techniques, developments, empirical studies, and new developments in cloud computing. The concentration of IEEE SmartCloud 2026 is enabling cloud computing to become an efficient approach for delivering intelligent services and forming advanced distributed systems, which are aligned with other updated technologies, such as data mining and big data. Empowering the existing infrastructure by using cloud computing techniques has been considered a dramatically significant issue for both academia and industry, which implies that intelligent cloud computing has a giant demand in multiple fields, from tele-health to e-learning, from vehicular systems to mobile applications. Therefore, our mission is to empower cloud computing the capability of “smart” by providing a forum for scientists, engineers, researchers, and students to discuss and exchange their new ideas, novel results, work in progress and experience on all aspects of smart computing and cloud computing. IEEE SmartCloud 2026 aims to collect recent academic achievements in novel techniques, developments, empirical studies, and new developments in cloud computing. Innovative technical applications in clouds are highly encouraged. The objective of IEEE SmartCloud 2026 is to provide a forum for scientists, engineers, and researchers to discuss and exchange their new ideas, novel results, work in progress and experience on all aspects of smart computing and cloud computing. IEEE SmartCloud 2026 is the next edition of a series of successful academic events, including: IEEE SmartCloud 2025 (New York, USA), IEEE SmartCloud 2024 (New York, USA), IEEE SmartCloud 2023 (Tokyo, Japna), IEEE SmartCloud 2022 (Shanghai, China), IEEE SmartCloud 2021 (New York, USA), IEEE SmartCloud 2020 (Washington DC, USA), IEEE SmartCloud 2019 (Tokyo, Japan), IEEE SmartCloud 2018 (New York, USA), IEEE SmartCloud 2017 (New York, USA), IEEE SmartCloud 2016 (New York, USA).
