All accepted papers will be invited to submit to the IEEE Xplore database with Engineering Index (EI) or special issues of following Science Citation Index (SCI) journals as follows:

Authors at IEEE HSIC & ICCP 2016 are invited to submit an expanded version of their papers to the Special Issue of IJEC. Please download the Cover Letter and submit it together with your paper to the IJEC website. The submissions must give at least 50% of new contents. The conference paper also must be attached to allow our reviewers to check. Please prepare your manuscript according to standard standard Author Guide. Every paper will be reviewed by IJEC in the same manner as all other regular submissions to this publication. The deadline for submitting your manuscript is November 15, 2016
