Call For Papers

MMSP 2026 (International Workshop on Multimedia Signal Processing) is a ICORE C / QUALIS B2 conference held in Istanbul, Turkey on 2026-09-22. The paper submission deadline is 2026-05-29. Acceptance notifications are sent on 2026-07-17.

IEEE MMSP 2026 will be held on September 22-24, 2026, in Istanbul, Türkiye. It is the 28th in the series, organized by the Multimedia Signal Processing Technical Committee of the IEEE Signal Processing Society, with the aim to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry, passionate about multimedia signal processing, to share their knowledge, exchange ideas, explore future research directions and network. Prospective authors are invited to submit regular, special session and grand challenge papers (4-6 pages, including all references). Proceedings will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. Papers are solicited in, but not limited to, the following areas: Multimedia architecture design and systems Image/speech/video/audio/sensors signal processing Multimedia content and big data analysis Multimedia ethics, forensics, privacy and security Human-machine interaction for multimedia applications Multi-modal processing, analysis and synthesis Multimedia compression, transmission and processing Immersive multimedia systems Multimedia standardization Multimedia information retrieval and datasets AI-generated media AI support in multimedia signal processing Multimedia processing with generative and large-scale models Semantic multimedia processing and delivery Applications in multimedia (healthcare, education, art, distributed multimedia, etc.)
