ICBL 2017 (International Conference on Blended Learning) is a QUALIS B4 conference held in Hong Kong, China on 2017-06-27. The paper submission deadline is 2017-02-28 (extended). Acceptance notifications are sent on 2017-03-15.

You are cordially invited to participate in the 10th International Conference on Blended Learning (ICBL 2017) to be held at City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China on 27 to 29 June 2017. Blended learning has become one of the promising approaches to teaching and learning. It aims to integrate traditional learning with innovative means, such as e-learning and open online learning, in order to create a new learning environment to enhance learning effectiveness and enrich learning experience. ICBL2017 provides a platform for knowledge exchange and experience sharing among researchers and practitioners in this field. The conference theme of ICBL2017 is Blended Learning : New Challenges and Innovative Practices. Original papers reporting novel applications of blended learning are welcomed. ICBL2017 covers all topics in blended learning including, but not limited to: Adaptive Learning Assessment for Blended Learning Computer Supported Collaborative Learning Content Development for Blended Learning Experiences in Blended Learning Improved Flexibility of Learning Processes Institutional Policies for Blended Learning Interactive Blended Learning Solutions Open Education Resources Organizational Frameworks for Blended Learning Pedagogical and Psychological Issues Practices in Borderless Education Strategies for Blended Learning Paper Submission Original papers should be written in English and submitted through the conference website. Your paper should follow the Springer's Lecture Notes in Computer Science format in 10 to 12 pages The Conference Proceedings will be published by Springer under the Lecture Notes in Computer Science Series. Selected papers will be recommended to the International Journal of Innovation and Learning. Best and excellent paper awards will be granted to authors of papers with exceptional merits. Submission Deadline : 31 January 2017
