TOCS 2026 (International Conference on Telecommunications, Optics and Computer Science) is an academic conference held in Nanyang, China on 2026-11-20. The paper submission deadline is 2026-09-30 (extended). Acceptance notifications are sent on 2026-10-20.

TOCS 2026 invites the submissions of original and significant research papers to be published by SPIE. Each submission is anonymously reviewed by an average of two independent reviewers, to ensure the final high standard and quality of submitted papers. All accepted and registered papers will be published by SPIE, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.
