BuildSEC 2025 (Building a Secure & Empowered Cyberspace) is an academic conference held in IIT Patna, Bihar, India on 2025-12-01. The paper submission deadline is 2025-07-31. Acceptance notifications are sent on 2025-09-05.

Following the success of BuildSEC in 2024, we are now pleased to announce the second iteration of BuildSEC. This conference is founded with a unique vision and aims to become a prominent venue to bring together researchers committed to developing practical solutions to safeguard our increasing digital society. BuildSEC'25 goes beyond technical discussions, offering a unique platform to collectively address our most critical cybersecurity and privacy challenges. We explore how cutting-edge technologies and user studies can be leveraged to protect citizens in cyberspace. By bringing together academics, industry leaders, and government officials. Our research tracks delve into advanced security methods, risk analysis, and the impact of technology choices, ultimately aiming to make the digital world safer for everyone.
