According to WHO: "Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." With the recent advances of AI, including ChatGPT, we think it is the right time to address the broader impacts of AI on not only medicine but also mental health and social well-being in general, and vice versa. The International Conference on Artificial Intelligence for Medicine, Health, and Care (AIxMHC) is an international forum for academia and industries to exchange visions and ideas in the state of the art and practice, as well as to identify the emerging topics and define the future of how AI can assist medicine, health and care. TOPICS OF INTEREST include, but are not limited to: Agent technology AI assisted living AI for well-being Analytics of medical and health related big data Bioinformatics and computational biology Computational behavior science Computational chemistry and drug design Computational food science Computational medicine Computational neuroscience Computer vision and natural language understanding Cyber security & privacy Generalist medical AI (GMAI) Generative AI (GAI) and Transformer based technology Generative AI (GAI) and its applications Humanized assistant Intelligent healthcare Knowledge and data engineering Long-term care system/senior care Multi-modal human-computer interaction Platform and scalability Precision healthcare/ medicine/ nutrition Quantum computing Robotic intelligence Semantic computing Accepted papers will be submitted for possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. Distinguished quality papers presented at the conference will be selected for the best paper/poster awards and for publication in internationally renowned journals.
