Call For Papers

COMPUTE 2026 (Annual Conference on Computing Education) is an academic conference held in Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, India on 2026-12-03.

ACM COMPUTE is the flagship education conference of ACM India, wholly devoted to computer science education in India as well as in a global context. COMPUTE 2026 is the ninth edition of the series and is planned to be held from Dec 03 to 05, 2026, at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore. COMPUTE 2026 is being organized under the aegis of the iSIGCSE (India Chapter of Special Interest Group on CS Education) in cooperation with ACM and SIGCSE. We invite papers from participants in universities, colleges, schools, industry, government organizations and NGOs to share their work pertaining to computing education, not restricted to introductory programming courses. The relevant themes of COMPUTE include computing education research, educational data mining, curricula design, India-specific issues, and responsible computing. The submission can be in one of the following categories: Research Papers: These should have clear research questions, relevant methods, and can include replication studies or negative results. Experience Reports and Tools (ERT): Focus on implementing tools or pedagogies in computing education contexts, providing reflections on their effectiveness.
