All papers submitted must follow the IEEE Conference format which can be downloaded from the link below. A peer review process will be used to evaluate all papers submitted for consideration. If a paper is accepted, at least one author needs to register and present the paper. The camera-ready version of an accepted paper should have a length of four (4) to five (5) pages. Up to two (2) additional pages are allowed, each additional page incurs a fee of USD 25 per page. The maximum length of a paper, including the additional pages, is seven (7) pages.
