ISEE 2021 (International Symposium on Electrical and Electronics Engineering) is an academic conference held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on 2021-04-15. The paper submission deadline is 2020-12-22 (extended). Acceptance notifications are sent on 2021-02-22.

ISEE 2021 is co-organized by Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT), Vietnam, and Department of Electrical, Electronics and Information Engineering, Graduate School of Engineering, Nagaoka University of Technology, Japan. ISEE 2021 will be held at HCMUT on April 15-16, 2021. The conference is a prestigious event for researchers and experts to present their state-of-the-art, innovative ideas and research contribution within the broad and multi-disciplinary fields of electrical and electronic engineering. The topics of ISEE 2021 include, but not limited to, integrated circuits and systems, electronic and embedded systems, communication engineering and systems, control engineering and automation, and power and energy systems TOPICS OF INTEREST The program includes regular tracks, special sessions, and tutorial sessions. We would like invite manuscript submissions in the following, but not limited to, areas: Track 1: Integrated Circuits and Systems • Digital, analog and mixed-signal ICs and systems • RF/Microwave/mm-Wave ICs and systems • Low power, high performance ICs for IoT applications • High frequency ICs for wireless and optical communications • System-on-Chip (SoC) and system-in-package (SiP) design integration • Advanced and emerging memory devices and circuits • Simulation and modeling of advanced processes, devices, and circuits • Power semiconductor technologies and circuits Track 2: Electronic and Embedded Systems • Electronic circuits and systems • FPGA-based and embedded systems • Real-time embedded systems • Consumer and automotive electronics • Emerging technologies, circuits and applications including IoT, autonomous vehicle, machine learning, and AI Track 3: Communication Engineering and Systems • Communication engineering and networking • Cognitive and sensor networks • Information and coding theory • Communication quality, reliability and modeling • Mobile, wireless and optical communications • Multimedia and biomedical signal processing and applications • Microwave engineering and circuits • Antenna design and wave propagation Track 4: Control Engineering and Automation • Approaches for analysis and design in control systems: advanced control theory, intelligent control • Techniques for dynamic modeling and identification in control systems • Computer programs and human-machine interfaces for control systems • Computer-aided control systems analysis and design • Applications of control systems technology • Networked control systems • SCADA • Computer vision Track 5: Power and Energy Systems • Power systems operation and control • Power systems planning and management • SCADA, EMS and DSM • Power quality & harmonics • Power electronics • Electrical machines and drives • AI applications in power engineering • New technologies in renewable energy • Power engineering education • Power system under deregulation and smart grid
