As these three domains continue to converge and evolve, they form the foundation of next generation distributed platforms that power smart environments, digital economies, and largescale intelligent infrastructures. The conference welcomes original research articles, case studies, industrial experiences, and comprehensive survey papers that highlight significant progress, novel insights, and impactful applications. The proceedings of the conference will be published by Computer Science Conference Proceedings in Computer Science & Information Technology (CS & IT) series (Confirmed).
