OMEE 2020 (International Conference on Oxide Materials for Electronic Engineering – fabrication, properties and application) is an academic conference held in Lviv, Ukraine on 2020-06-01. The paper submission deadline is 2020-01-31. Acceptance notifications are sent on 2020-03-15.

I have a pleasure to invite you to participate in the sixth International Conference on Oxide Materials for Electronic Engineering – fabrication, properties and application (OMEE-2020), which will be held traditionally in Lviv, one of the most charming cities of Ukraine, in June 1-4, 2020. Previous OMEE meetings were carried out in 2017, 2014, 2012, 2009 and 2007. The Conference is devoted to the most actual problems of today science and technology in the field of oxide and related materials and application them in new energy sources, electronic engineering and information technologies, quantum and opto-electronics, sensors, transducers, biomedical and nanotechnologies, etc. Owing to interdisciplinary character of the Conference physicists, chemists, crystallographers, material scientists, engineers and technologists will gather in Lviv for discussion on new achievements and perspectives in the topics of Conference:: Technology of functional materials fabrication; Materials fundamentals: crystal structure, defects, interactions; Nanoparticles, nano-ceramics and nano-composites; Resistivity switching and transport phenomena; Materials for quantum and opto-electronics and detectors of radiation; Magnetic materials, multi-ferroics, superconductors; Materials for sensing and catalysis; Biomedical applications of oxides and related materials. The working language of the Conference is English. Registration and abstract submission is opened now on the OMEE-2020 Conference Website. The abstract submission deadline is January 31, 2020 and the acceptance notification will be delivered till March 15, 2020. The Book of Abstracts will be issued in electronic form and available for downloading just before the conference, and an abstract will be published if the participation is confirmed and appropriate fee paid. Conference contributions in the form of full-length paper will be published in a peer reviewed open access journal Acta Physica Polonica A which is indexed by the Web of Science Core Collection. OMEE Conference belongs to the group of low-fee conferences. Moreover, the reduced Conference fee might be available for limited number of students and young scientist depending on the amount of sponsor support. To claim a reduced fee they have to apply to Organizing Committee (omee@lpnu.ua) with confirmation of their status until April 10, 2020.
