PRCV 2026 (Chinese Conference on Pattern Recognition and Computer Vision) is a CCF C conference held in Harbin, China on 2026-08-22. The paper submission deadline is 2026-04-30. Acceptance notifications are sent on 2026-06-20.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our immense pleasure and honor to invite you to the 9th Chinese Conference on Pattern Recognition and Computer Vision (PRCV 2026), Harbin, August 22-25, 2026. PRCV is the top academic event in the field of pattern recognition and computer vision in China, and is also widely recognized by the international academic community, with an official classification of CCF-C by the China Computer Federation. PRCV 2026 is organized by the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI), the Chinese Computer Federation (CCF), the Chinese Association for Automation (CAA), and the Chinese Society for Image and Graphics (CSIG), and is hosted by Harbin Engineering University, supported by Harbin University of Science and Technology and Heilongjiang University. PRCV 2026 aims to bring together researchers and professionals from both academia and industry in the fields of pattern recognition and computer vision, to exchange the recent advances in theoretical research and technological advancements. The conference will also invite dozens of top experts in the field to join the event. A number of international speakers and IEEE Fellows will deliver keynote speeches and invited presentations, providing insights into the latest developments in the field. More than 100 national-level talents and enterprise experts will participate in the special sessions, cutting-edge technology discussions, and tutorials, covering academic frontiers, industrial applications, and technological innovation. Woman Scientist Session, the presentation and release of achievements, the PhD session and other diverse activities will provide a vast space for global scholars to showcase their outstanding achievements and gather new ideas and methods. We call for high-quality paper submissions for PRVC 2026. Accepted papers will be presented at the conference, and the proceedings will be published by Springer and indexed by EI and ISTP. Topics of Interest (including but not limited to) Large Model Technology and Applications: Vision Large Models, Multimodal Large Models, World Models, Multimodal Fusion and Generation, Image and Video Deepfake Detection, Lightweight Models and Efficient Visual Computing, Application Paradigms and System Deployment of Large Models in Frontier Cross-Disciplinary Fields such as Robotics and Healthcare, etc. Embodied Intelligence: Multimodal Perception and Fusion, Embodied Perception Representation Learning, Interactive Perception and Active Vision, Physical Environment Understanding, Spatial Intelligence, Embodied Intelligence Simulation Platforms, Robotic Systems and Benchmark Evaluation, etc. Pattern Analysis and Machine Learning: Pattern Classification and Clustering Analysis, Structural Pattern Recognition, Feature Extraction and Selection, Performance Evaluation and Benchmark Databases, Optimization and Learning Methods, Explainable Artificial Intelligence, Causal Inference and Fairness, etc. Image Processing and Computer Vision: Fundamental Theory of Computer Vision, Object Detection, Tracking and Recognition, Face Recognition and Pose Estimation, Low-Level Vision Understanding, Image Processing, 3D Vision and Reconstruction, Computational Photography, Sensing and Display Technologies, Document Analysis and Recognition, etc. Multimedia Analysis and Reasoning: Multimedia Content Understanding, Temporal Multimedia Analysis, Cross-Modal Retrieval and Recommendation, Multimedia Summarization and Structuring, Multimedia Content Security, Copyright Protection and Deepfake Detection, etc. Brain-Computer Interface, Medical and Biometrics: Brain-Inspired Multimodal Understanding, Medical Image Processing and Analysis, Biometric Recognition, Medical Image Processing and Computer-Aided Diagnosis, Multimodal Medical Image Fusion, etc. Vision Applications and Systems: Visual Navigation, Visual Servoing, Multi-Vision Sensor Fusion, Intelligent Vision Systems, Visual Inspection Systems, Agricultural Vision and Security Vision, Vision Measurement Systems, Remote Sensing Image Interpretation, etc. Call for Special Session Proposals: Details to be announced in a separate notice.
