ATC 2026 (IEEE International Conference on Autonomous and Trusted Computing) is a ICORE C conference held in Rende, Italy on 2026-09-07. The paper submission deadline is 2026-05-31 (extended). Acceptance notifications are sent on 2026-07-01.

The rapid expansion of intelligent technologies, large-scale AI models, and interconnected cyber-physical-social systems is transforming the way people, devices, and environments interact. As autonomy becomes deeply embedded in critical infrastructure, transportation, industry, healthcare, and smart cities, ensuring that these systems remain reliable, secure, transparent, and resilient becomes a central challenge. The 23rd IEEE International Conference on Autonomous and Trusted Computing (ATC 2026) continues its tradition as a leading international forum on autonomous and trustworthy systems. With ongoing advances in sensing technologies, intelligent computing, AI-driven decision-making, and human-machine cooperation, ATC 2026 will provide a premier venue to present and discuss progress in autonomous computing, trustworthy AI, dependable systems, and cyber-physical-social environments. ATC 2026 will feature a highly selective technical program, complemented by workshops, panels, demonstrations, and keynote speeches. We welcome high-quality submissions reporting original and unpublished research that advances the state of the art in autonomous and trusted computing and identifies emerging challenges and future research directions. Topics of Interest The topics include (but are not limited to): Trustworthy, Explainable, Secure and Responsible AI Systems Privacy-Preserving Learning, Distributed AI, and Machine Unlearning Resilient and Fault-Tolerant Autonomous Systems Data Fusion, Uncertainty Modeling, and Environmental Modeling Conceptual and Computational Aspects of Situational Awarenes Multimodal Reasoning and Decision-Making for Autonomous Systems Intelligent Control and Reinforcement Learning Real-Time, Edge, and Self-Aware Computing Autonomous and Cyber-Physical-Social Systems Human-Centered and Collaborative AI Systems Multi-Agent, Collective, and Swarm Autonomous Systems Safe, Cooperative, and Multi-Domain Autonomous Mobility Systems
