CIARP 2017 (Iberoamerican Congress on Pattern Recognition) is a ICORE C conference held in Valparaiso, Chile on 2017-11-07. The paper submission deadline is 2017-05-21. Acceptance notifications are sent on 2017-08-01.

Prospective authors are invited to contribute to the conference by electronically submitting full papers in English of no more than 8 pages including illustrations, tables and references. Papers have to be formatted following LNCS style guidelines. Papers will be evaluated based on their originality, quality and significance of theoretical and/or practical contribution to Pattern Recognition. At least one author of each accepted paper must register at the conference. Papers will be selected for oral presentations or poster presentations. Only papers presented at the conference will be included in the proceedings. The proceedings of the conference will be published by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science series.
