ICGI 2017 (International Conference on Green Informatics) is an academic conference held in Fuzhou, China on 2017-08-15. The paper submission deadline is 2017-04-25 (extended). Acceptance notifications are sent on 2017-05-12.

The goal of ICGI 2017 is to provide a forum for scientists, engineers, and researchers to discuss and exchange their new ideas, novel results, work in progress and experiences on all aspects of green and sustainable computing, communications, and conservation of energy. Papers from the researchers in academic institutions and R&D organizations on current research, new trends, latest developments, emerging technologies and new industrial standards in the following primary areas but not limited to: 1.Sustainable and Green Computing Infrastructure sustainable design and technologies Ultra-low power systems architectures Low-power, distributed data processing on sensors Optimization and/or analysis in green computing and communications (including core network optimization) Green big data architecture Green cloud computing Standardization and benchmark 2.Green Data Center Computing SDN based Data Center and Communication Energy efficient networking, communication and protocols Energy efficiency in data centers and large-scale data processing Measurement and modeling of energy consumption Data Center Security 3.Communication Technologies Energy-efficient M2M wired and wireless communications and networking Energy- and power-constrained devices and gateways Energy efficiency in networking, wireless networks and vehicular networks 4.Energy Internet and Smart Computing Smart metering infrastructure and technologies Large-scale monitoring, control and demand response Advanced data fusion, mining and modeling in smart grid Management and control of distributed energy generation, storage and consumption Advanced smart grid applications: grid-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-grid, Micro-grid Renewable energy generation and new energy sources Standardization and benchmark 5.Smart Society Applications Smart sensing systems Smart city Applications IoT Applications and Security Green vehicle, green home, green buildings and green anything Green industrial automation and control Intelligent Transport Systems and control Accepted papers will be published by IEEE CPS (EI).
