CISS 2016 (Annual Conference on Information Sciences and Systems) is an academic conference held in Princeton, New Jersey, USA on 2016-03-16. The paper submission deadline is 2015-12-15. Acceptance notifications are sent on 2016-01-11.

Authors are invited to submit previously unpublished papers describing theoretical advances, applications, and ideas in the fields of: information theory, coding theory, communication, networking, signal processing, image processing, systems and control, security and privacy, machine learning and statistical inference. Electronic submissions of up to 6 pages (in Adobe PDF format) including 3-4 keywords must be submitted by December 15, 2015. Submissions should be of sufficient detail and length to permit careful reviewing. Authors will be notified of acceptance no later than January 11, 2016. Final manuscripts of accepted papers are to be submitted in PDF format no later than January 25, 2016. These are firm deadlines that will permit the distribution of Electronic Proceedings at the Conference. Accepted Papers will be allotted 20 minutes for presentation, and will be reproduced in full (up to six pages) in the conference proceedings. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from post-conference distribution (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
