ICECS 2017 (International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systems) is a QUALIS B1 conference held in Batumi, Georgia on 2017-12-05. The paper submission deadline is 2017-09-05 (extended). Acceptance notifications are sent on 2017-10-10.

Scope The 24th IEEE International Conference on Electronics, Circuits and Systems (ICECS) will be held in Batumi, Georgia on December 5-8, 2017. As the flagship conference of IEEE Circuits and Systems Society in Region 8 of IEEE (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), ICECS 2017 will consist of tutorials, plenary lectures, regular, special and poster sessions focusing on recent trends, emerging technologies and advances in all aspects of: ◊ Circuits ◊ Systems ◊ Signals ◊ Mathematical Methods ◊ Computational Methods ◊ Applications Topics Papers are solicited in, but not limited to, the following topics: VLSI Systems, NoC, SoC, CAD, and Layout Analog/Digital/Mixed Signals Circuits Signal Processing, Multimedia Systems MEMS/NEMS, Mechatronics, Robotics Communication Circuits & Systems Green and Power Electronics Low-Power Tech. and Harvesting Energy Linear/Non-linear Circuits and Systems Embedded and Systems Architectures Bioengineering Circuits and Systems Emerging Technologies Memristive Devices and Systems Neural Networks and Fuzzy Systems Simulation and Design Tools in EE Instructions for Authors Your contributions, presenting original work, are expected in the form of regular papers, special session papers, by the deadline of June 15th, 2017. Proposals from potential Special Session organisers are expected by May 15th, 2017, addressing more specific topics within the general scope of the conference. All papers must be submitted in the final format to be publishable in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore®. The papers must not exceed 4 pages (A4 size) with all illustrations and references included. The size of the PDF file submitted should not exceed 2MBytes. Additional pages and/or storage requirements will be subject to extra charges. Papers submitted for review must clearly state: The purpose of the work How and to what extent it advances the state-of-the-art Specific results and their impact The degree to which the paper deals with the above issues is fundamental to a successful review and selection of the paper. The most frequent cause of rejections of submitted papers is a lack of new results. Only work that has not been previously published at the time of the conference will be considered. Duplicated submissions to concurrent conferences must be avoided. All papers must conform to IEEE Formatting Guidelines. Please, check the conference website for additional information.
