ICDH 2014 (International Conference on Digital Home) is an academic conference held in Guangzhou, China on 2014-11-28. The paper submission deadline is 2014-07-31 (extended). Acceptance notifications are sent on 2014-08-30.

The 5th International Conference on Digital Home, with the theme of “Digital Home, Better Life”, is a premier forum for the presentation of technological advances and research results in the fields of digital application in daily life. It will bring together leading engineers and scientists in graphics and image processing, network communications, and computer technologies from around the world. It will be a platform for communication and share of the cutting-edge ideas and technologies in digital home development. The previous conferences were held successively in 2006, 2008, 2010 and 2012, and played a good role in promoting the development of the digital home industry. The ICDH 2014 Proceedings will be published by the IEEE Press. All accepted and presented papers will be included in the proceedings, and submitted to IEEE Xplore and Engineering Index (EI Compendex). Selected best papers will be recommended to special issues of SCI journals and EI journals. Topics The conference, focusing on the critical theories and technologies in digital home, includes, but not limited to, the following areas. Computer Graphics Computer Vision & Image Processing Multimedia Signal Processing Digital Home Standards & Service Modeling & Simulation Data Mining Big Data Storage, Retrieval & Visualization Cloud Computing & Super Computing Software Engineering & Embedded System Wireless Network & Smart Home Gateway User Interaction & Games Virtual Reality & Virtual Materials Paper Submission The manuscript must be no less than 4 pages, including all text, figures, and references, written in English.
