Methodology and Computing in Applied Probability is an academic journal published by Springer. (ISSN 1387-5841, impact factor 1.0).

Aims and scope Methodology and Computing in Applied Probability will publish high quality research and review articles in the areas of applied probability that emphasize methodology and computing. Of special interest are articles in important areas of applications that include detailed case studies. Applied probability is a broad research area that is of interest to many scientists in diverse disciplines including: anthropology, biology, communication theory, economics, epidemiology, finance, linguistics, meteorology, operations research, psychology, quality control, reliability theory, sociology and statistics. Special Issues

Special Issue on International Congress on Modelling and Simulation 2025 투고 마감일: 2026-06-30 This topical collection includes a selection of papers presented at the 26th International Congress on Modelling and Simulation, held in Adelaide, South Australia, from 30 November to 4 December 2025. This biennial congress, which attracts 600-900 participants, is one of the major international conferences in the field of modelling and simulation. This collection provides a forum for academics and practitioners to disseminate high-quality results related to different aspects of modelling and simulation. Topics include, but are not limited to, probabilistic and statistical modelling, game theory, optimal decision making, statistical and machine learning, Bayesian computing, Markov decision processes and Monte Carlo methods.
