Our goal is to publish quickly—the rapid peer review process is targeting a publication time frame of 10 weeks for most accepted papers. This journal is fully open and compliant with funder mandates, including Plan S.
It is important to our authors that all papers published in the IEEE Open Journal of Intelligent Transportation Systems will be indexed. OJ-ITS is listed in the Directory of Open Access Journals and is included in the Web of Science Core Collection through the Emerging Source Citation Index. As of December 2022, OJ-ITS accumulated the paper management, publication history, and scientific impact needed to be included in Scopus and was accepted for coverage.
