The 2026 2nd International Conference on Electronic Information, Computer and Aerospace Remote Sensing (EICARS 2026) will be held on August 14-16, 2026 in Jiangmen, China. PUBLICATION All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings by IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3195-4907-5), and submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.
