ICAIRS 2026 (International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Systems) is an academic conference held in Tianjin, China on 2026-10-23. The paper submission deadline is 2026-08-20. Acceptance notifications are sent on 2026-09-20.

The aim of this conference is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results in various topics of Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Systems. It provides participants an opportunity to discuss the recent developments in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Systems areas. Original papers are invited to submit to the following Track areas: Track 1: Foundations of AI for Robotics *Machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning for robotic perception and control *Probabilistic reasoning, decision making under uncertainty *Evolutionary robotics, swarm intelligence, and embodied AI *Knowledge representation and reasoning for autonomous systems Track 2: Perception, Navigation, and Control *Computer vision for robotics (object detection, scene understanding, SLAM) *Multimodal sensor fusion (vision, LiDAR, radar, tactile) *Motion planning, trajectory optimization, and adaptive control *Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) and autonomous navigation *Manipulation, grasping, and whole-body control Track 3: Human-Robot Interaction and Collaborative Systems *Natural language interfaces, dialogue systems, and social robotics *Collaborative robots (cobots) and shared autonomy *Gesture recognition, multimodal communication, and emotional expression *Trust, transparency, and explainable AI in human-robot interaction Track 4: Robotic Systems and Emerging Technologies *Cloud robotics, ROS/ROS2, and edge AI for robotics *Modular, reconfigurable, and soft robotics *Swarm robotics and multi-robot coordination *Wearable robotics, exoskeletons, and medical robotics *Simulation and digital twins for robotic systems Track 5: Applications, Safety, and Ethics *Industrial automation, smart manufacturing, and service robotics *Agricultural, field, and search & rescue robotics *Healthcare robotics (surgery, rehabilitation, assistance) *Safety-critical systems and fail-safe mechanisms *Ethical design, responsible AI, and regulatory issues
