The 5th International Conference on Intelligent Power and Systems (ICIPS 2025) will be held in the historic city of Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, China, from October 24 to 26, 2025! Hosted by Chang’an University, this edition will focus on cutting-edge topics such as "Smart Grid and Energy Internet," "AI-Driven Power System Optimization," and "Power Technology Innovation under Dual Carbon Goals," aiming to deepen global collaboration and foster the integration of technological breakthroughs with industrial applications.

At present, the construction of new power systems dominated by renewable energy is accelerating rapidly. The convergence of artificial intelligence, digital twins, blockchain, and energy storage technologies with power systems is driving transformative advancements. ICIPS 2025 will gather global leaders from academia and industry to engage in in-depth discussions on critical issues, including intelligent dispatching, flexible transmission and distribution, power IoT, and low-carbon energy synergy. Additionally, dedicated sessions for industry-academia-research collaboration will be organized to address China’s key technological bottlenecks in intelligent power systems and lead the global energy transition wave.

PUBLICATION

All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will bepublished in the Conference Proceedings by IEEE, and submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.
