ICMRE 2026 (International Conference on Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering) is an academic conference held in Oldenburg, Germany on 2026-03-02. The paper submission deadline is 2026-01-15 (extended). Acceptance notifications are sent on 2026-02-10.

2026 the 12th International Conference on Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering (ICMRE) is set to unfold in University of Oldenburg, Oldenburg, Germany, from March 2-4, 2026. Established as a distinguished international academic platform, ICMRE has been bringing together researchers, engineers, academicians, and industry professionals since its inauguration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in 2015. Following events were hosted in Nice, France (2016), Paris, France (2017 and 2018), and the University of Valenciennes, France. More recently, the conference took place in Rome, Italy (2019), and Barcelona, Spain (2020), ICMRE shifted to an online format, in collaboration with the Southern University of Science and Technology, China from 2021 to 2023, and in Milan, Italy(2024), Lille, France(2025) . ICMRE 2026 will be sponsored by University of Oldenburg, Germany and hosted by University of Lille, France. The conference aims to stimulate interdisciplinary cooperation and create a space to discuss the emerging trends and challenges in mechatronics and robotics engineering. The rich program includes keynote speeches, interactive workshops, paper presentations, and poster sessions. Key areas of interest cover a broad spectrum including autonomous systems, robotic applications of artificial intelligence, control systems, sensors and actuators, human-robot interaction, and intelligent automation. By prioritizing knowledge exchange and networking, ICMRE offers a conducive environment for attendees to engage in productive dialogues and form beneficial collaborations. Being hosted in Oldenburg, Germany - a city known for its dynamism and cultural vibrancy, participants can expect not only to gain invaluable insights from experts in the field but also immerse in the cultural richness of the hosting city.
