The International Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering Researches (ICECER) is a premier global forum that brings together leading researchers, academics, engineers, and practitioners in the field of electrical and computer engineering. This annual event serves as a platform for the exchange of cutting-edge research findings, innovative ideas, and technological advancements in a wide range of topics, including but not limited to power systems, control systems, communications, signal processing, computer networks, and artificial intelligence. ICECER provides a unique opportunity for participants to engage in collaborative discussions, share their expertise, and explore the latest trends and challenges shaping the future of electrical and computer engineering researches on an international scale. With keynote speakers, paper presentations, and interactive sessions, ICECER fosters a dynamic and inclusive environment, encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration and fostering the growth of the global electrical and computer engineering community. All submissions will be subject to peer-review process and accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. And also the accepted and presented papers will be submitted to the Scopus for indexing.
