●CSTFM 2020将围绕“智能交通与未来出行”的最新研究领域而展开,为研究人员,工程师和学者,以及行业专业人士提供一个平台并介绍他们的最新的研究成果以及今后开发的活动,为参会人员们交流新的思想和应用经验建立业务或研究关系。本次会议将于2020年10月19-21日在西班牙马德里召开,在会议期间您将有机会聆听到前沿的学术报告,见证该领域的成果与进步。

●出版和索引
所有接受的论文将在线出版,将被Ei Compendex,SCOPUS,Google Scholar,Cambridge Scientific Abstracts(CSA),Inspec, ISTP等检索,优秀论文将在国际期刊上发表。

●特邀演讲嘉宾
一.Juan Manuel Corchado教授——萨拉曼卡大学,西班牙
Juan Manuel Corchado(1971年5月15日生于西班牙萨拉曼卡)。他是萨拉曼卡大学的正教授兼主席。2013年12月至2017年12月任萨拉曼卡大学研究与技术转移副校长,2017年12月任萨拉曼卡大学科学园区主任、博士生院院长,并两次当选萨拉曼卡大学科学院院长。除了萨拉曼卡大学的计算机科学博士学位,他还拥有苏格兰西部大学的人工智能博士学位。Juan Manuel Corchado自2015年1月起担任大阪理工学院客座教授,马来西亚基兰坦大学客座教授,欧洲反恐中心(EUROPOL)网络恐怖主义宣传咨询小组成员。

Juan Manuel Corchado是欧洲物联网数字创新中心和BISITE(生物信息学、智能系统和教育技术)研究小组的主任,该小组于2000年成立,是航空研究所的主席,萨拉曼卡大学数字艺术与动画研究所学术主任,曾任IEEE系统、人与控制论西班牙语分会主席。他还负责萨拉曼卡大学数字动画、安全、区块链、物联网、移动技术、信息系统管理和敏捷项目管理的硕士课程。

二.Raja Sengupta教授——加利福尼亚大学,美国
Raja Sengupta是加州大学伯克利分校土木与环境工程系统工程项目的教授。他拥有密歇根大学的EECS博士学位。他的研究涵盖了自动化汽车、无人驾驶飞机、联网汽车、经济与交通智能手机应用、无线网络和控制理论。他喜欢与工业界一起做研究,并把它推向市场。他拥有丰田公司的车对车联网专利,BAE航空公司的无人机专利,还有汽车工程师协会(SAE)为J2945标准化的车对车联网贡献。他为成功的创业创造了技术automatic.com网站现在是responsiblerobotics.com网站. 他曾任世界银行顾问、美国农业部2011年互联汽车技术奖、加州大学伯克利分校2014年能源与气候讲座创新奖获得者,并撰写了100多篇论文,涉及控制理论、网络、无人机和交通。

三.Petros Ioannou教授——南加州大学,美国
Petros A.Ioannou于1978年获得英国伦敦大学学院的学士学位和一等荣誉学位,1980年和1982年分别获得伊利诺伊大学厄本那分校的硕士和博士学位。1982年,Ioannou博士加入了南加州大学洛杉矶分校电气工程系。他目前是同一个系的教授,担任a.V.“Bal”balkrishnan主席。他是先进交通技术中心主任和大学交通中心METRANS研究副主任。他还礼节性地被任命为航空航天与机械工程系和工业工程系的教授。1984年,Ioannou博士获得了IEEE控制系统协会颁发的杰出交易论文奖,并因其在自适应控制方面的研究获得了1985年的总统青年研究员奖。2009年,他获得了IEEE ITSS杰出应用奖和IET Heaviside控制成就奖章,奖章由工程技术学院(原IEE)颁发。2012年,他获得了IEEE ITSS杰出研究奖,2015年获得了2016年IEEE交通技术奖。Ioannou博士是IEEE的研究员,国际自动控制联合会(IFAC)的研究员,工程技术研究所(IET)的研究员,AAAS的研究员,在控制、车辆动力学和控制以及智能交通系统领域有8本书和400多篇研究论文的作者/合著者。

3.投稿要求:
(1)稿件必须为全英文稿件,图片、表格、公式中均不允许有中文出现,稿件需与主题相关。
(2)主题突出,内容层次分明,数据准确可靠,论述严谨,结论明确。未在国内外公开刊物或其它学术会议上发表过。
(3)请作者按照官网上模板的格式编排(最好是在模板的基础上替换原文内容)。本次会议采取先投稿、先送审、符合条件者先发送录用通知方式进行。审稿周期约为3-7个工作日。
(4)投稿的文章经过初审之后,将提交给至少2名审稿委员会成员进行同行审查,审查内容包括原创性、技术或研究的内容和深度、会议主题相关性、贡献性和可读性。
(5)如果只参会做报告,不出版,则只需提交摘要以供审阅。听众不需要提交稿件,注册成功的听众可以参加会议的所有分会。
(6)稿件不允许有剽窃行为,涉嫌抄袭的文章将不会送审。
