MENACOMM 2025 (IEEE Middle East & North Africa COMMunications Conference) is an academic conference held in Byblos, Lebanon on 2025-02-20. The paper submission deadline is 2024-12-02 (extended). Acceptance notifications are sent on 2024-12-10.

The IEEE Middle East & North Africa COMMunications Conference (MENACOMM) is a leading international conference in the MENA region that brings together researchers, developers, students interested in the advances of modern telecommunication systems, communication networks and emerging ICT to network, learn, share and present their latest research ideas and findings. The 5th IEEE MENACOMM'25 will be held on 20-22 February 2025 in Lebanese American University (LAU) at the heart of the beautiful city of Byblos/Jbeil in Lebanon. You are invited to submit technical papers, which should be made on EDAS in the topics not limited to the tracks below: Track 1: Physical Layer and Fundamentals Channel modelling, characterization and estimation. Modulation, coding, diversity and equalization. Multi-carrier modulation and waveform design. Interference modelling, cancellation and alignment. MIMO and massive MIMO. Non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA). Cognitive radios and spectrum sensing. Ultra-wideband, mmWave and sub-THz communication. Physical layer security. Track 2: Wireless Networks, Connectivity, Security and Privacy Fog computing and networking. Mobile edge and cloud computing. Software-defined networks. Wireless network functions virtualization. IoT and sensor networks. Wireless network security and privacy. Routing and congestion control in wireless networks. Wireless networking for autonomous vehicles. Energy harvesting wireless networks. Track 3: Emerging Communication Technologies 5G, Beyond 5G and 6G. Arial and non-terrestrial communications. Wireless body area networks and e-health services. Energy efficient and energy harvesting systems. Joint Radar, Sensing and Communications. Visible Light and Optical Communication Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces. Blockchain and Cryptography. Quantum Communications. Full-duplex communication networks. Track 4: Machine Learning and Optimization for Wireless Systems Deep Learning for Wireless Systems. Reinforcement Learning for Wireless Systems. Distributed Learning for Wireless Systems. Unsupervised and Generative Model Data-driven Network Modeling and Optimization.
