●NAOME 2020致力于促进世界顶尖创新者、科学家、学者、研究人员和思想领导者之间的交流和探讨,促进船舶,海洋与海事工程领域的进步。本次会议的目的是汇集来自业界和学术界的领导人交流与分享他们的经验和目前的研究成果,探索合作,并引发新的想法,在这些领域开发新项目和开发新技术,在这次会议的三天里,您将有机会聆听到前沿学术报告,共同见证该领域的最新发展和变化。

●出版和索引
所有接受的论文将在线出版,将被Ei Compendex,SCOPUS,Google Scholar,Cambridge Scientific Abstracts(CSA),Inspec, ISTP等检索,优秀论文将在国际期刊上发表。

●特邀演讲嘉宾
一.Philip L-F. Liu教授——康奈尔大学,美国
Liu Philip L-F.是康奈尔大学1912级教授,隶属于土木与环境工程学院(CEE)、应用数学中心和计算科学领域。刘博士同时也是台湾国立中央大学(National Central University,Taiwan)的教授,他隶属于水文与海洋科学研究所(Institute of hydrographical and Oceanic Sciences)。目前,他正在康奈尔大学休假,是新加坡国立大学土木与环境工程系的杰出教授。他还在新加坡国立大学担任研究和技术副校长。
1968年从国立台湾大学土木工程学士学位毕业后,刘在麻省理工学院学习,1971年获得土木工程硕士学位,1974年获得ScD学位。他于1974年加入康奈尔大学,担任CEE学院助理教授,1979年晋升为副教授,1983年晋升为正教授。1985-1986年任该校副院长,1986-1987年任工程学院本科副院长。2009年7月1日至2015年6月30日,刘先生任中东欧学院院长。

二.George Baird教授——惠灵顿维多利亚大学,新西兰
George Baird是惠灵顿维多利亚大学建筑学院建筑科学荣誉教授,专门从事建筑环境科学和从用户角度评估建筑性能。
他是英国特许建筑服务工程师学会(Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers)和新西兰工程学会(Engineering New Zealand)的会员,2013年被授予新西兰能源管理协会终身会员(现为碳和能源专业人士)。

三.Ramli Nazir教授——马来西亚科技大学,马来西亚
Ramli Nazir自1989起任马来西亚科技大学岩土工程与运输系岩土工程教授。1983年获联合技术硕士土木工程学士学位,1994年获利物浦大学博士学位,专业为岩土工程。他在岩土工程领域有超过30年的经验,特别是在地基、地基加固和岩土取证工程领域。他已经发表了100多篇与他专业领域相关的技术论文和期刊。除岩土工程讲师外,他还是一名专业工程师,拥有丰富的设计工程师、设计检查员和岩土技术顾问经验,为多个政府和私人机构提供服务,这些机构还参与了马来西亚的许多民事法证工程,包括结构和基础设施。除了工程教育和咨询活动外,他还是欧洲规范7马来西亚附件技术委员会的成员,该委员会负责根据当地需要规范欧洲规范7的使用,马来西亚建筑和工业发展委员会的研究委员会成员,以及马来西亚公共工作部的成员。他还为马来西亚标准与工业研究所(SIRIM)和公共工程部(JKR)提供专业技术支持,为土锚和荷载试验等专业工作提供设计规范工作。他也是国家边坡破坏调查专员。他还应邀为政府和私人技术机构(如JKR、马来西亚国家石油公司、壳牌、马来西亚生产力公司等)提供岩土工程方面的培训和研讨会。目前,Ramli Nazir教授是马来西亚科技大学热带地质工程高级副主任。

3.投稿要求:
(1)稿件必须为全英文稿件,图片、表格、公式中均不允许有中文出现,稿件需与主题相关。
(2)主题突出,内容层次分明,数据准确可靠,论述严谨,结论明确。未在国内外公开刊物或其它学术会议上发表过。
(3)请作者按照官网上模板的格式编排(最好是在模板的基础上替换原文内容)。本次会议采取先投稿、先送审、符合条件者先发送录用通知方式进行。审稿周期约为3-7个工作日。
(4)投稿的文章经过初审之后,将提交给至少2名审稿委员会成员进行同行审查,审查内容包括原创性、技术或研究的内容和深度、会议主题相关性、贡献性和可读性。
(5)如果只参会做报告,不出版,则只需提交摘要以供审阅。听众不需要提交稿件,注册成功的听众可以参加会议的所有分会。
(6)稿件不允许有剽窃行为,涉嫌抄袭的文章将不会送审。
