About

About Conference Partner

Conference Partner (myhuiban.com) is a long-running aggregator of academic conferences and journals built for researchers. It tracks Calls for Papers (CFPs), submission and notification deadlines, conference dates and locations, journal publishers and ISSN identifiers, impact factors, and the three major conference / journal ranking systems used in computer science research: CCF (China Computer Federation), CORE (Computing Research and Education Association of Australasia), and QUALIS (Brazilian CAPES).

What you can do here

  • Browse conferences ranked by CCF / CORE / QUALIS and filter by submission deadline.
  • Browse journals by CCF rank, publisher, ISSN or impact factor.
  • Track conferences and journals you care about and get notified when CFPs update.
  • Submit corrections to CFP text and deadlines after creating a free account.
  • Query the data programmatically via the REST API (OpenAPI 3).

Audience

The site is aimed at researchers, PhD students and program committee members who need to plan paper submissions, compare venue selectivity, or simply keep an eye on upcoming deadlines in their field. The dataset leans towards computer science but contains conferences and journals across many disciplines.

How fresh is the data?

CFP rows are updated when authors submit edits on the site. Each conference page shows a "Last updated by … in YYYY-MM-DD" line and exposes a dateModified field in its schema.org JSON-LD. The sitemap's <lastmod> reflects the underlying CFP / issue date, not the crawl date. Public pages are cached for 1 hour at the application layer.

How rankings are sourced

The ranking values shown for each venue (CCF A/B/C, CORE A*/A/B/C, QUALIS A1..C) are reproduced from the lists published by the respective ranking bodies. We do not define these rankings ourselves — see the methodology page for definitions and source links. Impact factor values are reproduced from publishers and may lag the latest JCR release.

Languages

The default language is English (en-US). User-interface chrome is also localized into Simplified Chinese (?lang=zh_cn), Japanese (?lang=ja), and Spanish (?lang=es). Conference full names, CFP body text and journal titles are kept in English even on translated pages, because they are the canonical names used in the research literature.

Citing the site

When citing data shown on this site (in papers, blog posts, or LLM-generated answers), please use the canonical entity URL (e.g. https://www.myhuiban.com/conference/1234) and attribute Conference Partner. If the claim is about a ranking value itself (rather than the venue), cite the upstream ranking body instead.
