IDC 2024 (International Conference on Interaction Design & Children) is a CCF C / ICORE B / QUALIS B2 conference held in Delft, the Netherlands on 2024-06-17. The paper submission deadline is 2024-01-17 (extended). Acceptance notifications are sent on 2024-03-18.

We are pleased to announce the 23rd annual ACM Interaction Design and Children (IDC)Conference to be held on June 17-20, 2023 at TU Delft, Delft, The Netherlands. IDC is the premier international conference for researchers, educators and practitioners to share the latest research findings, innovative methodologies and new technologies in the areas of inclusive child-centered design, learning and interaction. The Theme: Inclusive Happiness In 2020, UNICEF described children in the Netherlands as being among the world's happiest. That, of course, is a beautiful position. However, in the Netherlands, as in the rest of the world, there are also wide variations in happiness across groups. Children are happy on average, but some children are happier than others. How can the IDC community help make children happier, not only for the happy few but for all the children in the world?
