Aims & Scope IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Magazine communicates to readers the activities and actions of the IEEE SMC Society's governing body, its Technical Committees, and Chapters. Furthermore, the magazine offers educational material such as technical review papers, publishes contributions on educational activities, industrial and university profiles, conference news, book reviews, a calendar of important events, and provides information on the activities of sister non-IEEE SMC bodies.
