## Call for papers

The 2026 6th International Conference on Intelligent Power and Systems (ICIPS 2026) will be held in Dalian, Liaoning, China from October 24 to 26, 2026. The conference focuses on intelligent power systems, smart grids, energy internet, AI-enabled power system optimization, and power technologies supporting carbon neutrality. ICIPS 2026 is hosted by Dalian University of Technology and supported by IEEE Power & Energy Society. The conference will gather leading scholars and industry experts to discuss intelligent dispatching, flexible power transmission and distribution, power IoT, low-carbon energy coordination, and the future of new-type power systems. The program includes multiple parallel workshops on renewable energy integration, frequency control, grid-forming stability, system modeling and simulation, risk perception, resilience enhancement, multi-energy system planning, power electronics-dominated DC systems, distributed energy resources, and virtual power plants.
